Manually Create Database and use Multi DB Plugin

Hi,

My web host is DreamHost (shared), it will not let me create 16 DBs at through phpMyAdmin.

So if I want to manually create DBs, can I still use Multi-DB plugin on my site?

    The scripts are just available for those who have root access to their space. It’s a shortcut time wise.

    Do realize though that dreamhost takes a very narrow view on wpmu installs. At the very least install a cache plugin like wp-super-cache. Do be aware though that they will boot you as soon as your a blip on their radar.
