Marketpress Gateway for Intuit Merchant Accounts

I know there is a thread for integrating marketpress into the QB database but what I need is the gateway for Intuit Merchant Accounts. Intuit does not provide a gateway per se. Intuit just states it only works with systems compatible with QuickBooks SDK 4.1.

Are there plans to incorporate this gateway into MarketPress? I am really having a difficult time finding a WordPress plugin that works with Intuit Merchant Accounts as the credit card processor, especially one that is time sensitive. Marketpress would be ideal for my customer needs.

    I don’t believe it’s on the roadmap, but I’m wondering, have you taken a look at the PDF attached in the following thread?

    Looks like it details integration for Quickbooks with authorize.net, which I assume would work for Intuit Merchant Services (given the “works with systems compatible with QuickBooks SDK 4.1”:wink:.

    Would that work for you?

    I looked through that document but it really is only about exporting information from Authorize.net into QuickBooks, with Authorize.net handling all of the processing. My customer is a wine store and many payment gateways (including Authorize.net) will not touch them. They need to stick with Intuit

    As I mentioned in your other thread, I’ll mention this to the developers, who’ll be able to say how viable this may be. Though as also mentioned in the other thread, you’ll find the included gateways are incredibly well commented and you might just be able to use one of them as a base to build your own.
