Mask Login Area not working in Plesk.

I am trying to mask the login area using Defender Pro but the new login URL giving 404. It is on the Plesk. Please check and help.

    Hope you’re doing good today.

    I had a closer look on your issue and after enabling the Defender Pro Mask Login feature on your site I found that New Login URL was set to login. I assume it was set to that URL on live chat during the investigation. So I kept it as it was before (so new login URL is now https://bfds.bur***ive.com/login) and after testing the URL I found that it’s working fine on my end without having any issue.

    Please check the new login URL on your end now and let us know if it works for you as well.

    Thanks for taking time checking the site.

    I have changed it to /admin and its working now. Can you tell me what was the issue which made it not to function before, as I mostly install my sites in the Plesk, I can work on it in future if I get to know the error.

    Hi Ncy,

    While I was checking your site, I didn’t see any error. I just enabled Mask Login feature from wp-admin > Defender Pro > Advanced Tools > Mask Login Area and found that /login was set as New Login URL already. So I just saved the settings and tested the new login URL and it was working fine on my end then.

    I tested the Mask Login feature several times on your site and each time it worked smoothly. I assume for some reason the settings or configuration didn’t work as expected which was causing the issue before. I would suggest you to check your other sites and see if this feature works there. If you see any issue regarding this feature, please let us know by replying here so we could give a closer look on that.
