mask url not working

i need to disable the mask url. i cannot access the customer url i created to login in. when i try to login it takes me to a different page

    Can you please let me know how you changed the login URL? Please advise!

    Did you use our Defender plugin? If so, you can connect to your website via (S)FTP and delete Defender plugin altogether by deleting the wp-content/plugins/wp-defender/ folder. Then you should get access via the default login screen and you can re-install the plugin if needed.

    As for our Hub, the “WP Admin” links are simple links that append the /wp-admin/ in the domain name, as we can’t know what exact URL you selected for the login screen. As long as you’re remaining logged-in in the same browser window though, that link should get you to the admin area.
