master password is not working on sub site

Hello i have a multisite and for one of my sites the master password is not working https://iq-design.eu/
How can i fix that?
i have enable support also on the multisite

    I hope you’re well today!

    By “master password” you mean that you can’t access the site logged-in as a super-admin, right?

    This sub-site has a mapped domain so it will, initially, ask to login again even if you’re already logged in to the Network Admin and you should use the very same login and password as for logging in to the main site/network admin. That’s a bit different from regular sub-sites which will let you in without the need to login again if you’re already logged in as a superadmin.

    I understand though that you tried to login using your super-admin login and password and it didn’t work for you. Are there any error messages given? Or is it just re-loading the login page without any information?

    Was it working before and stopped just recently – and if so, were there any changes made to the site around that time – any changes whatsoever like changes in configuration, any updates and so on?

    it is re-loading the login page with error on password
    I haven’t work on that site for long time and i do not remember something about.
    I am doing the updates through the main site so i do not check them them one by one.
    Maybe it is like that from the time that i imported to the multi site

    Hi Nicolas,

    I tried creating a new temp super-admin account but I was able to login with that to the subsite without any issues, so it seems that it might be something specific to account that you are using.

    Could you go to your Network admin, navigate to WPMU DEV > Support panel and in the text field there leave the login details of the account you are using so we can try with those and see what might be going on?

    Please respond in this ticket after you have added the login as explained above.
