Hi,
I’ve installed the plugin and it seems to work in the sense that when I log in as an admin I see the “Support” block in the admin area of my install.
However, I cannot see the link in the “front end” i.e. where Subscribers can submit tickets etc. I can’t see how to get the menu item to show up in either the Admin Nav, the Home etc nav, or the Home/Blog/Members nav.
What do I do next?
