My site was getting

My site was getting down and up, I’ve deactivated all unnecessary plugins, no error on the logs (server or WordPress log)

    Hope you’re doing well!

    After a closer look on your hosting section, the site already exceed the storage limit (10GB) and it’s running out of resources. I will strongly recommend you to give a closer look and try maybe delete unnecessary files on your site, otherwise you will need to upgrade to the next plan:

    Screenshot you share is related to Snapshot managed backups. As you know with WPMU membership you get 10GB for for backups. Currect used value is 795 MB / 10 GB, which is about 12% or whole space.

    Hosting plan is a separate 10GB you have for site. If you log to our hosting panel you will see you site is over that value:

    As Luis say above we strongly recommend you to give a closer look on you site and try maybe delete unnecessary files there, otherwise you will need to upgrade to the next plan:

    If you use Snapshot on this site, there is no need in this case, we make backup of your site each day, you can find this in our Hosting -> your site -> Backups.
