My SmartCrawl SEO checkup is stuck

When I try to run my SEO checkup, it gets stuck for some time, then it goes to 100%, and doesn’t return any value, can you help me?

    I checked the site using our WP Checkup and it returned a complete scan, giving results for SEO. So I give it another try from the site directly and seems that the scan is working fine now (I’m not sure of what could have caused it to not work before):
