My WPMU DEV Dashboard is no longer visable. Where do you think it went?

It is working on my other sites. however, i logged in this am it missing. I have checked everything. i did have an issue with the ADMIN user. which i created a new super admin user and then deleted the old one but i still cannot see it? any ideas?

    Hiya,

    The Dashboard plugin ties itself to the default super admin by default as it’s only meant for the person who has an account here at DEV. You can modify this through a define in your wp-config file like so:

    define(“WPMUDEV_LIMIT_TO_USER”, “1, 10"); – Enter a comma separated list for multiple users. They are all user IDs
