Need help site is facing many errors, images are not showing.

I got an issue in subside : image are invisible, just got ? icon, why ?

    Hope you are doing well.

    This issue is being caused by assets ( JSS/CSS ) also images returning 404 links.

    On most cases, we can fix it resetting the htaccess and permalinks. However, I added the htaccess back on your website and made no difference.

    I can see this website is working under Plesk, do you have the root access? If so, had you changed any rewrite rule recently?

    Could you also give a try on those steps?

    
As a workaround, perform the following:

1. Log in to Plesk UI.

2. Navigate to the tab Plesk UI > Domains > example.com > Apache & Nginx settings and enable option Serve static files directly by Nginx.

OR

disable Proxy Mode option

3. Press Apply button.

    If you don’t have root access or those steps won’t work, please contact your sysadmins to check your Apache/Nginx rewrite.

    If I disable proxy it disable apache too, I can’t ! I let you see with a screenshot
    [attachments are only viewable by logged-in members]

    it says “désactivante this to shop using apache” …. I don’t do it, if it suppress some parameter it will kill my sites. Isn’t there a way to understand exactly why It doesn’t work ?
