Need help to restore my site

All of the files got deleted from the root directory. I’ve the backup under my account in Hub. Need help to restore the site.

    I hope you’re well today!

    I checked that and I see that there currently some fresh install (probably the one from installer on the server) and the backup file. However, I checked the backup file and it doesn’t contain database and wp-content folder at all.

    Since it’s the backup from the Managed Backups it should include it unless there were some exclusions set or it failed during the process. I checked your other tickets on support forum to see if you have by any chance ever reported any issues with that but I don’t see any so I’m not actually sure if this is just this one backup or older backups too.

    I asked our admins if we could fetch previous backups to compare but by any chance to you have any other backups of the site available?

    Or maybe you’re trying to restore the site to some other server and there’s an original install still available somewhere?
