    Hello Whitney,

hope you are having a great day.

I investigated your issue on this site qikweb.wpmudev.host (the one with support access provided) and I couldn’t replicate the issue.

Here is what I did to replicate the issue:

1.1 I created new subsite https://qikweb.wpmudev.host/test2 without choosing any site template.

1.2 The subsite was created and I couldn’t replicate the issue. I was able to access the front-end and back-end.

2.1 I created new subsite https://qikweb.wpmudev.host/test3/ choosing Qik Landing template.

2.2 The subsite was created and I couldn’t replicate the issue. I was able to access the front-end and back-end.

Unless I am missing something I think the issue is not there anymore. If you still facing this issue please let me know what should I do exactly to replicate this?

    Best Regards,

    Mohammad Sharab

    Hello Whitney,

    hope you are well today!

I use the same path to create new sites Network > Sites > Add New. I’ve tested again by creating two new sites but I couldn’t replicate the issue.

The created sites are /test4 (Qik Pet template) and /test5 (Qik Cake template) and both sites are using Slider Revolution as the errors you posted in your message are related to Slider Revolution Plugin.

The only thing I could notice that the site that created by Qik Cake template is missing a Revolution Slider template which I imported manually.

However, the site created by Qik Pet template is not getting the same issue. This issue of not migrating the Qik Cake template slider could happen due to its large size (137 KB) compared to other templates (7 KB).

So to get a better insight on the issue

    – Is there a specific template you are using when you encounter the 500 error issue, or it happens with all templates?

    – Would you please create a new site without selecting any templates (select none) and see if you could replicate the issue or not.

    – Then create a new site after deactivating Revolution Slider plugin from the template you’ll use and see if you could replicate the issue or not.

Hope this helps and please let me know how it goes.

    Best Regards,

    Mohammad Sharab

    Hello Whitney,

I’ve checked that Slider Revolution is activated on the main site https://qikweb.wpmudev.host. Then tested again with 2 sites and I couldn’t replicate the issue.

Please check the created sites, /test6 (Qik Manicure template) and /test7 (Qik Start template) which uses Slider Revolution. And let me know if I am missing somthing.

Also answering the following will help me better understand the issue as I still can’t replicate the issue on your site.

Please, let me know how it goes.

    Warm Regards,

    Mohammad Sharab

    Hello Whitney,

hope you are having a great day and sorry to hear that you’re still encountering this issue.

Kindly note that as long as I couldn’t replicate this issue there is no much we can do.

It happens when the main theme has Revolution Slider activated not the subsites!

I have already tried to replicate the issue while the Revolution Slider plugin is activated on the main site and I couldn’t replicate the issue as I mentioned in my previous post.

I’ve checked that Slider Revolution is activated on the main site https://qik***.wpmudev.host. Then tested again with 2 sites and I couldn’t replicate the issue.

However, I give it one more shot, I performed the following to replicate the issue with Revolution Slider activated on the main site:

    – Activate Revolution Slider on the main site.

    – Create a new site /test8

    – Site is created successfully. Please check (/test8)

Please let me know if I am missing anything to replicate the issue.
