    Could you please explain the issue a bit more?

    Since you didn't mention any plugin I assume that you are referring to either our Hummingibird or WP Smush Pro (or both of them), so please confirm. Please also let me know:

    – what configuration steps have you taken with them?

    – what do you mean by "no improvement in performance" – is it the PageSpeed or GTMetrix (or other) score or a loading speed?
