No Backup Last 3 Days

Hi, the last backup on my site shows December 17. I thought backups were done automatically every day?

    Hi Emmanuel,

    For sites hosted in WPMU DEV, the automatic backups created are different compared to Manged Backups via Snapshot.

    I could notice Managed Backup in Snapshot is configured to only keep 1 backup, as seen in the screenshot:

    You can disable Managed Backup, as the backups are automatically created under the "Backups" tab in your Manage Hosting tab as shown in the screenshot:

    [attachments are only viewable by logged-in members]

    Our developers are working on improving this, so that Automatic Backups taken in the host would be listed under Managed Backup.

    Hi Emmanuel,

    Sorry for missing that out, I was checking more towards Manged Backup. I could see the issue what you have pointed, it should have taken the backup for the remaining days after 17th.

    I’m bringing this into our hosting teams attention, to see what’s causing such a behaviour, and will get back to you once we give a closer look at it asap.
