No file data found in image meta while the file is in the site

When I tried to run Bulk Smush it shows error notices like the following and stops Smushing images.

“undefined (attachment ID: XXXXX)
No file data found in image meta.”

    Hello Zena

    I hope you’re well today!

The message that you’re getting means that there’s no valid information about image path in the site’s database. This is something that should never happen but, unfortunately, there’s no way to track down why it did.

Please start with a simple thing: regenerate all thumbnails. This plugin would be of help:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

After that, you’ll have to smush images again but hopefully it should help. If it doesn’t help, let me know and I’ll need to investigate the issue further.

    Best regards,
    Ash

    Hi Zena ,

Hope you are doing good today.

The issue arises due to missing thumbnails as seen in the screenshots:

Not sure what exactly could have caused this, could be more of a glitch, and I couldn’t replicate this on your website with any new images. Since regenerating the thumbnails didn’t help, I’m afraid, you’ll have to delete the 5 images listed in the error and re-upload if you are using it anywhere on the website side. I could notice you have already uploaded similar images, so I’m guessing you only have to delete the images.

These are the 5 images names which are being listed, you can search in the media library as shown in the 1st screenshot:
