    At the moment our hosting is on beta version, and the current plan, or level available at the moment in beta is the “Level 1” , as mentioned in the following plan:

    We’ll be soon releasing more details about the plans, but at the moment the 1st 3 sites are freely hosted our level 1 plan.

    Seems like the socialsxxxx.com site is a multisite, you might find the following article to migrate the entire multisite:

    If you aren’t still sure on how to migrate the site, then please share your sites login credentials with us, so that we could help migrate the site to the new host.
