No theme headers image

Hi I’m using Farms 100 big ones theme pack and having trouble with the upload theme headers. No image is uploaded. Do I need to change any permissions? Or create any folders?

    If apache is running under a different user than the one that owns wp-content/blogs.dir you may have problems uploading images.

    Change the protection on the blogs.dir to 777 and try the upload. If it works then likely you have a user mismatch. Whoever is listed as the owner of the uploaded image is the username that apache is running under.
