Not able to login to WordPress admin on a subsite

Not able to login to WordPress admin dashboard on one of my subsites, redirecting to wp-admin from masked URL and shows error:
This feature is disabled.
Other subsites seem to work fine.

    The given password for the subsite was not working. So, I logged in as super admin and created a user for that subsite. Then I tried to login with the masked URL in the subsite and it worked fine. Here is a screencast: http://recordit.co/FGAPUbKFcC

    I kept the test user there, you can reset the password and try logging in.

    So, would you please check again and let us know? Or if I am missing something, please let me know as well.
