Pay To Blog plugin enhancement to take blog off line when subscription elapsed like: Moderate-New-Bl

First off, thank you for the realm of possibilities provided by wpmudev.

I have a modification request for the Pay To Blog plugin.

I’d like to add the function for blogs to be taken off line or put into maintenance mode after a grace period after an expired Pay To Blog subscription.

If you could provide a setting to allow us to determine the grace period, that would be great.

If this is too hard, simply taking the blog off line would also work.

There is a plug-in that keeps blogs off line until activated here :http://wpmudev.org/project/Moderate-New-Blogs

Perhaps a combination of both is feasible?
