Performance Test data not shown in Hub

Unable to access data from the performance test through Hub. Keeps looping.

    Hello there Bevan,

    hope you’re doing well!

    We recently updated HummingBird API and as it was causing some incompatibility issues with current Hub Reports, we cleared these out. Reports v2 should be available in the Hub pretty soon, meanwhile, I just went into the website and re-run a performance report and now it displays well in the Hub.

    Hi Dimitris

    I’m afraid this does relate to all my sites and they still all show either orange or grey, they were all green (except two red ones) before this issue. I’m not sure which site this thread relates to now either but it definitely does not “display well in the Hub”.

    Hopefully this will be resolved when you fix this new API issue.

    hope you’re doing well and I’m really sorry for the frustration here.

    We were actually able to reproduce this and a fix has been pushed to our Hub already.

    Can you please let me know if this is still happening in your end?

    If so, please try to re-run a Performance Report and refresh the Hub page.

    Thanks, this is now showing correctly.

    I had to re-run the tests and then they weren’t showing the same before the issue.

    All in all, pretty disappointed in this issue. It took a long time to be resolved and then I had to spend a long time getting it back to how it was before it happened.

    No explanation to what happened either but it has been resolved finally and hopefully won’t happen again.

    As mentioned initially this was caused due to a HummingBird API update and some incompatibilities with Hub Reports. The issue with the gray icon on Hub Performance was another glitch that was fixed after the initial report.
