Pls mark my ticket that was moved to be a feature request as closed

Hi, I like to make sure my tickets get marked closed when they are closed so that its easier to review the open ones…

A while back I had a ticket get moved to be a feature request and now it shows up like an open support ticket in my profile areas.

Please mark it as closed since I do not seem to have that option now that it is a feature req. instead of a support ticket.

    Hello wp.network

    I hope you’re fine today!

I have closed the one about typo upon your request.

As for the other one (the AMP Integration one). I’ve seen your recent question there and response from Ash so I just want to make 100% sure that you want me to close it. If I do, nobody will be able to express their support for that feature. I know it didn’t catch much attention from other Members so far but sometimes such feature requests “catch up” after some time

But if you’re sure that you want me to close it, just confirm here and I’ll do that right away.

    Best regards,

    Adam

hmm, didn’t realize that I’m effectively ‘sponsoring’ feature requests I make with spots in my tickets list… yeah, go ahead and close it – it was kinda doa anyways.

also, fwiw, knowing more about how this works I’ll probably avoid making feature requests in future.

    Cheers, Max

    Hello wp.network

Thanks for confirmation, I have closed it upon your request.

As for how this works: “feature requests” are “open threads” on forum where other Members of our community can give “thumb up” or follow up with their posts (often it’s just posting a “+1” message) and discuss the idea. The general rule is that the more “support” such idea gets, the more likely it will get implemented. There’s no rule that it will for sure be implemented or that it won’t be implemented at all (if it doesn’t get much attention) but our developers and project managers are watching that section of the forum closely and take it into account when creating “to do” lists for plugins

    Best regards,

    Adam
