Plugin Friends ' widgets_ friends.php' upload?

Where shall I upload the file ‘ widgets_ friends.php’ , thanks!

    For widgets, it depends. I place all widgets within the /mu-plugins directory. That way all widgets are available for users. Some installs, all the widgets are gathered up into a single php file and placed within the /plugins siubdirectory. That way endusers have to make the choice to turn on the extra widgets if they want them.
