Plugin Multisite Compatible

I have a plugin called easy parcel for my shipping, it works okay when I add 1-3 products on my subsites but return no shipping available if I add more products. When I test it on a single site it works correctly, can you help me to find the problem on the plugin? Thank you in advance.

    I hope you’re well today and thank you for your question!

    I checked the plugin and while I can see the issue, I didn’t find anything specific in plugin’s code.

    One of the things that I noticed that might be worth checking are repeating PHP warnings and notices related to other plugins (that might also be dealing with these prices calculations):

    “woocommerce_amazon_integration”
    “woocommerce_lelong_integration”
    “woocommerce_shopee_integration”

    and

    “wc-dynamic-pricing-and-discounts”

    The last one especially seem like it might be involved so have you tried switching it off?

    Apart from this, the EasyParcel plugins seems to be fetching most of its data and actually calculations from EasyParcel API so it doesn’t really do much “on its own” on the “site’s side”. I’m afraid this isn’t something that we could help with. If the EasyParcel support told you that the plugin is not multisite compatible that might, unfortunately, be the case. It doesn’t necessarily mean that it won’t work at all – often such “incompatibility” might actually cause more of “unexpected behavior” rather than complete fail.

    I think in this case it’d be best to either keep “pushing” on their support to try to force them to troubleshoot and maybe update the plugin or possibly look for an alternative solution.

    Thank you for testing this!

    I’m afraid though that in this case there’s not much more we could do. I’d suggest trying to “push on” on the EasyParcel plugin developers to help solve this and/or make plugin fully Multisite compatible or, if that’s not possible, look if there are either ether solution that could do the work for you or consider hiring a developer that would create a custom solution for you.
