I wanted to share what I am doing now and see what can/should be deleted, changed or kept to help my website performance. I am not very savvy about these tings and wanted some advice before I get in trouble by possible loading conflicting resources from wpmudev.

Yoast SEO
ManageWP
Jetpack – Tiled Gallery and Site Stats only
Plus several cosmetic and function plugins.
