Problem with site backup

I received an email from Automate alerting me an error when attempting full site backup on June 9th. I’ve checked Snapshot, and there is a full backup same day. Does Automate conflict with Snapshot in some way?

    Hi Neil

    Sorry to hear you had this problem.

    The Automate runs a Snapshot backup, and if you have the scheduled backup running at the same time, it may return on a failed backup from Automate or Snapshot.

    You can define Automate to run once a day on a specific time, avoiding the default every three hours, and configure Snapshot to run on a different time.

    On HUB > Automate > Configuration > Scheduled Automate

    However, I can see the created backup on 9th June is an Automate backup. It seems the backup was running while the second Automate Cron started returning the message.

    I suggest keeping eyes on the Next Automate backup, in case it returns a failed backup we will need to investigate it.
