problem with template child creation

hi, i have create a child template after read your guide, but the font not load correctly, in personalize page i put correct parameter but after refresh no change. font stay to default. do you know how to resolve this problem!?

    I hope you’re well today and thank you for your question!

    Is that font coming from the parent theme or is it only used in a child theme?

    I’d also need to actually see the theme code: if the font’s used in parent theme too – I’d need to check them both, parent and child.

    If you do have a file editor active on the site (“Appearance -> Edit”:wink: then a support access to the site with these themes should suffice. To enable it, please go to the “WPMU DEV -> Support” page in the site’s back-end and click on “Grant Support Access” button there, then let me know here.

    Let me also know what’s the font in question and where on the site it should be used.

    I’ll then access the site and check it for you, I believe we can find a solution for this :slight_smile:
