Reports don’t generate reports

Hello,

today my client asked for a log of what is being updated on the website the last month. I was happy that he asked because the hub povides that… I thought. Unfortunately the reports weren't generated :slight_frown: It generated only 1 time and then never again.

How can I show my client what was updated during the last weeks?

    Hi Dimitris,

    the first report was created but then nothing happen’t. There is no empty report if this is what you are asking for. Only 1 report from the very first time.

    This scheduled report should be generated monthly but it doesn’t. It says: “Last generated report: 3 months ago”

    I just created another report but that is empty. Strangley got that report 2 times!? https://prnt.sc/ixejpr

    Hello there Thomas,

    hope you’re doing good today! :slight_smile:

    This could be happening due to an older issue we had considering the Security scan.

    Could you please try to delete this report and create a new one for the same domain?

    You can set it to be weekly and also generate a new report and the same time, so we can troubleshoot this faster.

    Also, let me know, if you’re still getting duplicated empty reports after setting up the new report.
