Reports from Hub not received

I’m not getting reports from the Hub for ***inc.com

I have never received one. Started it early last week. I scheduled it, and also selected the toggle to send it to me immediately, but I didn’t receive it.

I tried deleting and recreating the report, still nothing. The previous report that I deleted, I created about a week ago and hadn’t received a report.

I need to send this report to the client so I can bill them, I’m stuck without it.

    I apologize for the inconvenience and troubles this issue has caused. Our system will be updated in the next few days that should fix the issue with Reports. Please try to create a new report tomorrow and let us know in this thread how it went.
