Reports Not Being Generated (The Hub / My Websites)

Hi there,

I set up reports on some of my client accounts in February. The report auto generated and so I set it up for the 1st of every month. None of the reports were generated on the 1st March so I went in and checked it, deleted the reports and re-set them up but I can’t seem to get them to generate. Can you advise if this feature is working?

    Hope you’re having a wonderful day!

    At the moment we have some issues with scheduled reports, so that could be the reason why you didn’t receive any reports recent time. Our developers already know about this and they’re working on solving this. Once it will be fixed, I will update this thread to let you know.

    None of the reports were generated on the 1st March so I went in and checked it, deleted the reports and re-set them up but I can’t seem to get them to generate.

    Do you mean that reports aren’t even getting created? Or they aren’t generated at the scheduled time?

    If they weren’t created, could you please provide me with domain names of the sites you were trying to create a report for.

    Hope you’re fine today!

    Our developers have pushed a fix to The Hub that should address the issue with sending scheduled reports. If you didn’t receive any Reports yet, could you please try creating a new scheduled report and double-check if that new one will work or not for you?
