[Reseller Accounts] Resellers need to transfer in and connect domains

Resellers can only Buy domains, but not transfer in or connect domains from elsewhere.

Currently I have to do this for the reseller then add them and invoice for them. This seems clunky.

Why can’t resellers connect or transfer in domains for themselves?

    I hope you’re doing well, and thanks for the feature request.

    The answer to your question would be that it’s not possible due to the current service restrictions. The developers work hard on implementing new features, but this is something that could need some time. It also needs discussion from the service team as well as QA tests, which could end up adding more time to the development.

    Regarding this specific feature to allow transfer in for reseller, there is already a feature request, and I’m adding this ticket as a +1 there.
