Scheduled reports are not being sent

My weekly reports are not being generated/send. It concerns all my sites. I only have scheduled ones, and none work. Think I configured properly and all/most send to multiple mail addresses. I tried deactivating some services, but still not receiving them.

I only received them once on the 7th, but I configured it to send once a week, so I’ve 2 missing on the 12th and the 19th.

    Hope you’re well today.

    When I check your report logs, it seems like Defender file scanning feature can cause this. First of all, I want to be sure these websites that you use reports getting regular visitors right? Some scanning and steps based on WordPress cron jobs and that is running if visitors actually visit your site.

    Then I want you to test Reports without Security section. So Reports will skip Defender side and we can understand is that because of this or not. If after deactivating Security section reports coming, then can you check Defender file scanning from your wp-admin? Is that working normally when you run manually?
