SEO crawl has timed out due to an unknown error

Smartcrawl is not scanning and returning this message:

‘Your SEO crawl has timed out due to an unknown error. Please try again or contact support.’

    I have also checked with some other services and it failed everywhere, here are the screenshots:

    So either your DNS is failing in lots of locations or it's taking too much time to respond, then SEO crawl will not work. The site was never loaded for me.

    I have seen your pingdom report, but it also says it took 28.21seconds to load. That's too much response time and SEO crawl will not work then.

    Would you please talk to your host about the DNS issue and higher response time?
