Shipper getting stuck

I’m trying to migrate 3 sites from WP Engine to SiteGround using Shipper’s API migration method, but it got stuck on the 3 sites.

    I hope you’re well today!

    The “kavo….” site and the target site on SiteGround seem to be currently the same – the look the same and content, if I’m not missing anything, seems to be the same too. Did you migrate them in some different way or did Shipper finally completed the work after all?

    It wasn’t said during the chat to where the other site should be migrated so I couldn’t check it – is it still stuck?

    I can see http://granty8.sg-host.com/ is showing a fresh installation.
    I could not access any of the site admins to check the logs since the support access seems to be expired.
