Shipper Migration Stuck for a few days

I am trying to a migration using Shipper but it has been stuck for a few days. Can you help me with it, please?
The logs say Apparently no scheduled reboot, rescheduling.

    I checked the log in the source site via ftp, and seems that the issue is happening in the destination site, as the export has been completed:

2019-11-01 10:47:24 :: Clean up - at 99% (step 1 of 1) - total progress: 77% 
2019-11-01 10:47:39 :: (Called destinations-ping: 14.59, status: 200)
2019-11-01 10:47:48 :: (Called migration-start: 9.35, status: 200)
2019-11-01 10:48:18 :: Trigger remote import - at 10% (step 1 of 1) - total progress: 78%

    It gets stuck at 78%.

    It could be related to available resources on destination, but to be sure I would like to see which file/table is trying to be imported and fails. Could you send in ftp access for the destination site? Keep in mind not to share any such private information here as this is a public forum.
