Shipper pre-flight check stuck

Shipper plugin is stuck on 33% pre-flight check. I’m running pre-flight check on a source site.

    Hello Ed

Would you please grant permission to wpmuSupport user to use Shipper plugin for both source and destination sites? Then I can run the shipper and troubleshoot.

    Hi Ed ,

Thanks for adding the permissions, however, when I check the dashboard of both your websites, it seems like your source website is a Single WP install, and the destination website is a Multisite.

I’m afraid, at the moment Shipper Pro can only migrate between the same WordPress installation types, i.e. from one single site to another single site or from one multisite network to another multisite network. It is necessary for your source and destination sites to have the same WordPress installation.

We are working on improving the workflow of the plugin where single WP sites could be moved to Multisite subsite, however, at the moment, I’m afraid there isn’t any out of the setting regarding this in Shipper.

If you still face any issue with Pre Flight check when moving from Single to a Single Site or MU to MU, please do increase the server resources of your source website, and see whether it helps. Please check this link for more info:
