[Shipper Pro] Cant download package shiper

I create package for migration,it’s about 4 GB, the package succesfuly created, but I cant download it, without any error show up when debug.

    Hi there,

    That is a large size for a migration package. For those large sizes, it’s normally recommended to perform a manual migration. However, there is a workaround that you can try. You can set custom exclusions for your package from Shipper Pro. Usually, the wp-content/uploads folder is one of the largest directories because it contains all the media. I would suggest trying to create another migration package excluding this folder.

    If this doesn’t solve it, there might be other large directories, from some plugins or unused themes, that are increasing the package size.

    Let us know if excluding wp-content/uploads works and if not we’ll take a closer look.

    Hi Jorge,

    Previously I use another Pro migration plugin to do this, and there is no issue when migrating package until 5GB compression file.

    So I guess your Shipper Pro Plugin will also no issue, but I’m wrong.

    Yes there is no issue, when create migration file with exclude of wp-content/upload,
    in my case https://dummy.telkomuniversity.ac.id/ it only create 140MB migration package and it succesfully created and downloads.
