[Shipper Pro] Can’t restore Shipper package

I’m trying to import a Shipper package using the importer. Unfortunately it failed due to permissions set on GoDaddy. Can you help me with that?

    Hi Mike D ,

I hope you are doing good and thank you for reaching out to us.

I am afraid, this seems more to be a permission issue at the hosting end. To check this further is that ok if I download the package and try to restore it on a local test server?

I’m looking forward to hearing from you and resolve this issue as soon as possible. Have a nice day.

    Kind Regards,
    Nebu John

    Hi Mike D ,

I’m afraid due to the permissions and restrictions in GoDaddy Shipper plugin won’t work out of the box. You’ll have to bring this into GoDaddys attention to see what workflow they support when it comes to migration.

Manually moving the SQL files from the Package won’t work because the SQL files in the package have dynamic variables meant to be worked only with Shipper plugin hence you are noticing the error messages.

I have manually imported these missing tables on your database for now, and it seems to be intact. You’ll have to copy the /wp-content directory manually and update the wp-config.php to make sure the new tables are picked.

All the imported tables have the prefix “wp_t7_”. Please do check and let us know if you have any further query.

    Regards,
    Nithin
