[Shipper Pro] I'm having issues activating Shipper

I’ve tried both Migration methods and neither are successful. I’ve given you access to the site, please take and look and let me know what else I can do to make this work.

    Hi Nick,

I hope you are doing good.

On further checking, I found the Shipper plugin deactivated on the site. When I try to activate the same, it returned the following error:
Fatal error: Composer detected issues in your platform: Your Composer dependencies require a PHP version ">= 7.1.0". You are running 5.6.27. in /home/content/11/8513911/html/dev/alandev/wp-content/plugins/shipper/vendor/composer/platform_check.php on line 25
I am afraid, the site is running on an outdated version of PHP, can you please upgrade the PHP version to 7.1 or higher and check if that helps?

If the issue still persists, wouldn’t you mind please, send me the following access details, and I can take a closer look for you?
