[Shipper Pro] Installer.php is not working properly.

I have exported the site using package tool. Now when I am running the installer during database connection, I get and error but the error doesn’t display https://cdn.livechat-static.com/api/file/lc/att/8801096/068146460b174c9e33f9c869c7787650/eroor.png

    Hi Murtaza ,

It seems like you have only sent the login credentials for the /staging website, which seems to be the source website.

The error shared in the screenshot is on the destination website, however, when I check the Source website it seems like the package was created using previous plugin version v 1.1.1

There is a new plugin update version 1.1.2 which has a fix for installer.php file. So I updated the plugin to the latest version and used the latest installer.php file.

However, when I try to load the installer.php file ie:
    yourwebSiteURL.com/installer.php

    It’s throwing the following error:
[26-Dec-2019 17:59:25 UTC] PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected 'die' (T_EXIT), expecting identifier (T_STRING) in /home/xxx/public_html/installer.php on line 1027

This occurs due to having a lower PHP version. At the moment, the PHP versions seem to be at 5.6. So I wasn’t sure whether we could check further by updating the PHP version.

Would recommend you to update the PHP version via cPanel, to at least version 7.1, so that you could run the new installer.php file.

If you still notice anomalies, please make sure to create a new Package with the latest updated plugin version and re-run the installer.php to see whether the package migration works.

Please do let us know how that goes so that we could check further if needed. Have a nice day ahead.

    Regards,
    Nithin
