Shipper Pro migrating site

Trying to migrate a site create with shipper pro for a client. Got the installer and the zipped archive file.
When starting the installer, it does not find the archive even though it is in the same folder.
If I unzip the archive , I get all the WP files, and sql dump.
Would import it manually, but the shipper plugin put json placeholders, so site does not work,
1) how to I fix the original issue that the installer does not find the archive?
2) Is there a way to replace all the JSON placeholder in the SQL dump so I can do a manual install if I can not get the installer to work.

    Hi robert macri ,

I am sorry to know that you are having an issue with our plugin.

    1) how to I fix the original issue that the installer does not find the archive?
Since we do not have support access to the source site, I wasn’t able to give a closer look at the issue. On further checking, I was unable to find any sites connected with our Hub as well.

    2) Is there a way to replace all the JSON placeholder in the SQL dump so I can do a manual install if I can not get the installer to work.
I am a bit confused about this as I was unable to find any JSON placeholder in the SQL dump in a Shipper package that I have created for a test site. Can you please explain this a bit more with an example?

Wouldn’t you mind please, send me the cPanel/FTP credentials for both source and destination site, and I can take a closer look for you?
