    Hi James ,

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. It seems like when I try to access the WP admin dashboard of cns.ebizz.com.au it’s redirecting to cns.littlewebco.com dashboard. By default Shipper can only be accessed via one admin user who has activated the plugin.

So it isn’t’ visible on the “wpmudev” admin login you have shared for the source website. Could you please grant access by going to Shipper > Settings > Permissions and by adding the wpmudev as the user in there?

I checked the destination website crownregencysolutions.com it seems to be an empty directory at the moment. Unfortunately, the API migration won’t work there isn’t any WordPress install.

Since you were facing issues with the API migration. Could you please try the Package migration? Which is must faster than API Migration.

In the source website, you can create a package under Shipper > Package Migration, and the plugin should list out the steps to on how to use the package created on the source site on to the destination website.

Please do let us know how that goes. Have a nice day ahead.

    Regards,
    Nithin
