[Shipper Pro] Package Migration fails.

I get this message

“We encountered an error”

when I try to use Shipper Package migration to migrate my site.

    Hi Radu ,

    I tried to troubleshoot this further but I’m afraid the issue still exists. I’m escalating this further to our Second Level Support(SLS) team to see what further could be done to help get you sorted with the migration asap.

    Will keep you posted once I get further feedback asap.

    Hi Radu !

    It seems some tables had some duplicate ids, specifically
    the tbi_litespeed_img_optm option was duplicated as there was a duplicate wp_litespeed_img_optm which Shipper changed the prefix (wp_ to tbi_).

    Second case was on the tbi_wc_customer_lookup table which had a duplicate entry for user_id

    I modified those tables so there are no duplicates and re-uploaded the zip. It seems that the import was completed. Could you have a look and check if there is anything missing?

    Hey Radu !

    I re-saved the permalink settings and they seem to be loading. I see the number of pages of the source site match the number of pages of the destination site so those should be there.

    About the buttons colour, I’m not sure how those were added in the source site. If it was some custom css theme option, that used the old prefix in option value, that could have affected that. Those are cases that we can’t predict though, as it depends on how they’ve been set in db. Can you share more info on this so we could try see if this is indeed something Shipper should have foreseen?

    Your destination site couldn’t be accessed without logging in so I created a new admin user via cpanel (as the admin user shared initially wasn’t working). This user has admin capabilities and you can delete at any time. You can search for username starting with wpmudev. I’m keeping it for now in case you would need us to have another look there :slight_smile:

    Hi Panos,
    Thank you so much for your help. Migration is great now. I have to adjust just a few things like colours from the theme options and to change a few special characters like ă, ș, ț in products title.
