[Shipper Pro] Shipper Migration from WPMU to Go Daddy CPANEL Fail (API & Package Migration)

Hello,
I am trying to migrate to a GoDaddy CPANEL WP Website from a WPMU Hosted site using Shipper Pro. Both API and Package Migration Failed. The API just hangs at 50% and Package Migration Fails without a Log File.

Are there settings in GoDaddy CPANEL that I need to tweak that I might be missing? Godaddy always seems to make everything more difficult than it needs to be.
I have granted support access on both websites.

Thank You,

Joe

    Hi Joe

My appologies for the delay here.

As we work on our ticket queue when sending the credentials from the secure form we suggest replying to the ticket, this will make sure the ticket back to our backfeed and we avoid any delay on response.

However, I was able to restore the website in the destination for you, but It seems some themes configuration are missing from the restoration on the header part or some Custom CSS missing, can you verify if this is a CSS missing on the header?

You can also try to reinstall the Theme on the destination site and check if the issues will be gone.

Important note, the credentials now for destination website are the same from the source website as it was migrated and updated the database.

Let us know if you need any further help on this.
    Best Regards
    Patrick Freitas

No worries. I didn’t realize that I was supposed to reply back here. But now I know.

Thank you so much. Can you share what it took to migrate it? Why didn’t it work for me?

I had to update the Home page settings to correct the header issue but now everything works great. Thank you again.

    Joe.
