[Shipper Pro] Shipper Pro 403 error at @88%

Hi Guys
Running into a 403 Forbidden message when I use the Shipper Pro package install.
Has got to 87/88% 3 times now and then I get the error.
File upload size is @50MB
WP Tables Dropped before attempting
Clean Empty folder for the install
MultiSite install
Memory_limit, post_max_size, upload_file_size = 128M

    Hello Dan,

    “403 Forbidden” means that there’s an issue accessing the files. This might be due to the firewall or other software running on the server.

    Please get in touch with your hosting provider and ask them to check your server access logs in order to see if there’s anything blocking the process.

    We could also test your migration package on our local server to check if this is a server-related issue. In order for us to do that we’ll need to access your destination server where you have uploaded the migration package to.
