[Shipper Pro] Shipper version is wrong

Hi,
The destination server which tries to import the content detects a wrong shipper version: https://prnt.sc/qih3t5
The source server has another, up to date version, so the migration is not possible: https://prnt.sc/qih4i0

    Thanks for contacting us and I hope you’re having a good day!

    Before we go any further with investigation, could you please try the following:

    1) Reset Shipper data on both sites from “Shipper -> Settings -> Data” page and use “Reset”, this will reset migration as well.

    2) Clear and disable (temporarily) all caches(including server-side cache) and any “firewall” kind of tools on both sites.

    3) On destination site try starting “import” from the source site.

    If that doesn’t work, would you mind to give us access to the destination site? In fact, it will be better to send access details to both of them. It would also be perfect if I could access cPanel for both of them (or at least the destination one). Could you please provide me with direct access credentials for both these sites
