[Shipper] Shipper gives 522 error on migration

I’m trying to migrate my website to WPMU hosting and when I try it, I get a 522 error during Pre-Flight check and can’t proceed. Can you help me check what the issue is?

    Hello there jetmac,

    hope you’re doing well!

    This most probably happening because of an old PHP version in the source site (v.5.4.23). This also causes Shipper->Migrate page in there not working at all.

    Could you please update PHP version to at least v.5.6 and give this another try?

    I also noticed that the source site has a pending Shipper update as well, so also make sure you’re running latest versions in both ends.

    Hey,Dimitris ,thanks for checking on me!

    No, I didn’t get it to work as I wasn’t able to upgrade the server to 7.X PHP, so I just went through and did it the old fashioned way.

    While I did have a little trouble, Vaughan was able to get me in the right direction. I was able to go in and clean out the database which let me get the Snapshot file down to a reasonable size (site had over 10,000 post revisions sitting in the DB, some many years old). Once I did that, I could run a Snapshot restore and everyone fell back into place.
