Site not showing up in a Hosting list

After creating a site on a hosting, Manage Site option is not showing up. The site, however, is showing up on the Hub.

    Hi Chris,

    Did you receive an error message when you added the site and/or did it get to around 95% and fail?

    Try deleting the site from The Hub, you might get an error message deleting it but just accept, then leaving it 5 minutes and trying again. As it is in beta there are some hiccups and I believe the issue is cloud-based for the time being but is being looked at.

    I hope that helps but if you do have other information send a screenshot and I’ll see if I can replicate it.

    This is already escalated to our sysadmins for further investigation.

    Me or another colleague of mine will keep you posted here, as long as there’s any development on this.

    Please keep in mind that removing the website from Hub, like Adam mentioned above, it’ll be equal to deactivating WPMUDEV Dashboard plugin, as this is what connects WP with Hub, this shouldn’t cause any change in the Hosting panel though.

    I am having the same issue. I do not recall getting an error. I did remove the site from The Hub before I realized what that meant.

    The site is up, but is not visible on the Hosting page (or the Hub now).

    I am also not able to reset the password for it so I can actually get in it.

    I went ahead and created a new install so the old one can be deleted I suppose.

    Following this for an update.
