The production files calculation is wrong at 7.9GB and when I check via FTP the size is around 4GB.
According to your hosting guide, we do not charge any additional fees for hosting backups or their storage.
They are included with the site plan. So why are they included in space usage calculation? Your agent confirmed that a portion of the backup is temporarily on the environment 4.8GB seems rather big to be a portion.
How can I delete this as it is not required currently. Also, all the images are missing on the analytics screen in the hosting dashboard.
