[SmartCrawl Pro] Table of Contents block

I use Yoast SEO Premium on a number of my sites. I also use SmartCrawl on other sites. One thing I really miss from Yoast SEO are the internal linking blocks. Especially the “Yoast Talbe of Contents” block.
