[SmartCrawl] Redirects not working

I’ve tried using the 301 redirect feature in SmartCrawl, but it refuses to work at all on my site.

Tried redirecting existing & non-existing page URLs to other existing pages, redirecting site URLs to external URLs, tried relative & absolute URLs, but no luck at all. Can you help please?

    Hello shara,

    I’m sorry to hear that our plugin doesn’t work correctly.

    Can you try adding this define to wp-config.php file:

    define('SMARTCRAWL_OMIT_PORT_MATCHES',true);

    before the line

    /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

    I would do that, however credentials to FTP provided during the chat are not working at the moment, so I can’t change any files.

    Let me know how it goes.
